She Races is more than a trail race—it’s a movement. On October 12, 2025, join Hong Kong’s only female-focused trail event at Aberdeen Country Park and experience what happens when women take up space, support each other, and cross the finish line together.

Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or lacing up for the first time, she races is your invitation to move on your own terms. Choose from three routes designed for every pace: a gentle 2km walk perfect for first-timers and families, a supportive 4km jog/run for building confidence, or a scenic 10km trail race for experienced runners ready to race in solidarity.

100% of proceeds support WISE Hong Kong, empowering girls and women through sport across our community. When you register for she races, you’re not just signing up for a trail event—you’re joining a movement that believes when women race together, they rise together.

Experience our vibrant race village featuring warm-up sessions, physiotherapy stations, community booths, and celebration spaces where every finish line is honored.

Organized by The Impact Collective , you can expect a race that’s safe, inclusive, and seamlessly run from start to finish.

Because 94% of female c-suite leaders played sport growing up. It starts with a start line.

Women In Sports Empowered Hong Kong (WISE) is a dynamic non‑profit organisation founded in 2017, on a mission to create a world where women and girls can thrive without limitations—using sport as a catalyst for empowerment, leadership, health, and inclusion.

WISE develops targeted, age-appropriate programmes in Hong Kong that reduce barriers to participation and encourage lifelong engagement in sports. Their key initiatives include:

  • A.C.E. Teens Program: School-based workshops introducing sports and fostering mental resilience among teenage girls.

  • S.H.E. Mentoring Program: Pairing young women with experienced female leaders to bolster confidence and leadership.

  • W.E. Family Program: Engaging mothers, daughters, and families in sports activities to strengthen bonds and normalize active lifestyles  .

Their surveys consistently show strong results: 89 % of teenage participants recognise sports’ benefits for personal, physical, and mental well-being, while over 91 % report improved self-belief and agency  . Furthermore, WISE has forged fruitful school partnerships—running programmes in 12 local schools during the 2023–24 academic year, with more in the pipeline  .

With a lean team and a growing cadre of volunteers, WISE operates efficiently across Hong Kong. They collaborate with schools, NGOs, and foundations—such as the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club Charitable Foundation—to scale their reach and programme sustainability.
