Please understand that it is a risk to pre-register for a race. Personal injuries, family emergencies, and unpredictable changes do happen and we do not offer refunds or transfer your entry to another runner. If you do not want to take on the risk of pre-registering, late entry registration is available for a small increase in price.

REFUNDS

Participants who register understand that their entry fee will not be returned in the event of withdrawal, injury, or other personal circumstances. Refunds are only available if a participant has purchased race insurance (where offered) at the time of registration, and claims will be handled in accordance with the terms of that insurance coverage.

RACE CANCELLATIONS

RaceBase reserves the right to cancel a race based on any "Act of God" including:

(1) Extreme weather before or during the event.

(2) Extreme fire danger or fires near or on the course including poor air quality.

(3) Other extreme conditions.

(4) COVID 19 Pandemic or other public health emergencies.

(5) Unforeseen circumstances that make directing the race impossible or dangerous.

(6) Lack of permits due to an "Act of God" or unforeseen circumstance.

In the case of cancellation, race entries will not be refunded. Mid-race cancellations are not eligible for any refund due to the high cost of organizing these kinds of events.
