Mile 27 X 9 DRAGONS Training camp
29 NOVEMBER TO 1 DECEMBER 2019
A weekend of trail running in Hong Kong with Mile 27's Andy DuBois.
Mile 27 was founded by Andy DuBois to provide a service for people who want to step outside their comfort zone and set their sights a bit higher. Andy has some incredible clients from around the world including Stone Tsang, Scotty Hawker, John Ellis and Ben Duffus!
We have been lucky enough to have Stone Tsang, Wong Ho Chung, Sage Canaday and John Ellis join us for days during the camp!
Although the camp will be for all runners, there is a focus on training and skills for The 9 Dragons. The areas will be working on:
- Learn how to improve your downhill running!
- Improve climbing on various terrain!
- How to run better at night!
- How to recover quickly for a two day event and ensure you can still run strong!
- Tips for the 9 Dragons course!
With options for residential and not, there is something for everyone!
