The scenic 13.1 KM course from Braemar Hill to Repulse Bay contains some of the prettiest and most runnable sections on Hong Kong Island.

The steep trails and technical Boa Vista section make it a grueling but fast race.

The race will have a unique handicapping system which will make winners of men and women of all ages.

The race will have a very limited number of entrants with different start times based on age.

Two winners:
- first across the line
- fastest overall time

Get ready to burn your legs and lungs out!

So that people of all ages can compete in this race on a more or less equitable basis some runners are allowed to begin the race before others. The following table indicates how many Headstart minutes each entrant will receive based on gender and age.

A fast 3.8km run round Sir Cecil's Ride before hitting the biggest climb of the race up Mount Parker Road.

Checkpoint one awaits before hitting Boa Vista. Slippery, technical, but no chance for a break as you run down towards the start of a long concrete descent.

After hitting checkpoint two at the Tai Tam Reservoir Bridge, runners run a short section around Tai Tam Reservoir before a super short technical section down into Repulse Bay.

Here beer and the finish line waits.
